Please contact us as soon as possible for school holidays and peak periods to avoid disappointment. We are also pleased to offer weekend breaks of 2 or 3 nights and midweek breaks (Mon-Thurs).

Bed and Breakfast
At special request, depending on availability, we are also pleased to offer Bed & Breakfast.

Terms and conditions
A week’s let commences on Friday at 4:00pm and ends the following Friday at 10:00am.

** N.B. Christmas and New Year rentals will be Tuesday changeover day.

25% deposit payable on booking, remainder 6 weeks prior to commencement of stay.

On departure the cottage should be left in a clean and tidy condition, and any breakages paid for. A separate cheque of £175 is required as a deposit against such circumstances and will be returned in full on satisfactory vacation of the cottage.
